BMX Bicycle Question?

I have a BMX bike. the only problem i have with it is that when i pedal the stroke seems to be short. Can I change anything out to get a longer stroke when i pedal

u may have a short crank set. {u dont say if its a 1 piece, 2 piece, or a 3 piece crank. but that doesnt really matter.} u can buy another crank set that has a longer MM size. ur bike may have been designed for trials riding, rather than BMX. Trials bikes are designed for riding through obstacle courses. but 4 this, usually the chainring is small. [ the chainring is the sprocket on the crank, that the chain goes on...]
