1. My chain on the back rubs against the minor shifting. It does this sound pedal backwards because it is rubbing up against the next lowest when entering into gear. What do I do, I tighten the screw H or L? 2. My bike makes a small noise ringing in the back when I do a U-turn. I can feel the vibration too. one person told me that is becuz the center is loose or something. What is the problem and how I can fix it?

1. Do not turn ANY screws, at least not yet. Shift your bike into high gear (smallest sprocket) on the back. Find an area where cable is exposed CABE. There should be no slack and no tension in it. If there is slack, you have 2 options ... a) Locate barrel adjusters on the rear derailleur and / or lever changes and turn out until it is loose, or b) Locate the cable anchor on the rear derailleur (the pin that has cable). This is usually a nut or bolt 4mm Allen 9 mm. While gently pulling the end of the cable to loosen the clamp screw. This will eliminate the slack ... ensure anchor bolt again, but not too tight! Before turning the screw turn the barrel adjuster (s) all the way back in unscrew 2 full turns. The "L" and "H" limit screw screws are simply leave the switch to go far in any direction, either by pressing the string in the spokes or drop between the frame and the hub. In fact, should not have to touch them. 2) There are numerous possibilities for noise. What equipment is located in (front and back)? Is it just start happening or was it always there? Have you removed or adjust the rear wheel for some reason? In the case of "move" the range of the rear wheel It moves a bit? There are too many possibilities to address without knowing more ...
