Omega Speedmaster Space Walk 40th Anniversary Limited Edition

In Mafia Wars, is there a cycle for limited edition items? How do I get a specific one?

I'm really wanting the Limited Edition 'Pet Tigers' item on Mafia Wars on Facebook. Is there any known way of getting it? Do you know if the Limited Edition items run through a cycle or something? Or do they always come out with brand new limited edition items?

I'm pretty sure they come out with new items without a cycle, but I could be wrong. I mean, if something already comes out, but comes back, I think people would be pretty mad, or at least the players who got them first.
