What are weight training and good workout routines?
I recently bought a weight set. It has the ability Banking and incline bench press, butterfly, a thing of the lift leg weights where you can add as much weight as I Please please, and one thing you can put your arms to use a curling bar (I also bought a curling bar.) I also bought an exercise ball help me to do sit-ups and push-ups. Everyone knows everything or if you know a website that can help me get started on a weight lifting and exercise routine?
