What is this wild animal making this loud sound at night?

It went on for about 2 hours at like 15 minute intervals.. at 3 o'clock in the morning. Well I moved into a new apartment and it has a kinda wooded area behind it. This noise sounded like one of those kid's bicycle horns but was VERY loud, lasting like 1.5-2 seconds each noise. I dont think someone was making that noise.. but I could also describe it as a airhorn sound, but not really. What is this making the noise?
Sorry Northeastern Ohio, USA. I am almost sure it is not someone doing it.

It sounds like a skunk mating call. They sound like that and only do it at night.
